UPDATE

  • Escape key can now close windows
  • Introducing Consumable items to the game! Consumable items are one time use items that provide some type of return. These drop from bosses spawned via Phenomenons
  • Consumable Item: Stone of Attribute Points gives the currently selected class an extra Attribute Point
  • Consumable Item: Stone of Beginnings gives a random equipment or ability of any rarity
  • Consumable Item: Stone of Duplication allows you to duplicate a piece of equipment or ability
  • Consumable Item: Stone of Rarity allows you to raise the rarity a piece of equipment or ability
  • Introducing Support Abilities to the game! Support Abilities give their rolled stats to all equipped active abilities.
  • Added an elemental affinity and base abilities to each enemy unit in the game.
  • Added a positive and negative stat to each class to allow for build variety
  • Added a duplicate button in the craft menu that uses Stone of Duplication to duplicate a equipment or ability
  • Added a appraise button in the craft menu that uses Stone of Rarity to raise the rarity of the equipment or ability
  • Random Phenomena have been added to the game. Random Phenomena are events that happen on a fixed interval and last for a fixed time dependent on the world. Random Phenomena can have a positive or negative impact on various stats. There is a new UI element on the right side of the screen that show the timing and affected stats.
  • Equipment and Ability rarity now increases the stats range that can be rolled. Magic: +10%, Rare: +25%, Epic: +50%, Legendary: +100%
  • Ability rarity now modifies various stats:
  • Cooldown: Magic: -10%, Rare: -25%, Epic: -50%, Legendary: -100%
  • Mana Cost: Magic: x1.5, Rare: x2.0, Epic: x4.0, Legendary: x10.0
  • Base Duration, Speed, Area: Magic: +10%, Rare: +25%, Epic: +50%, Legendary: +100%
  • Added Equipment and Abilities (with higher rarities) drops during runs. Higher rarity means it may roll more implicit (cyan color) stats. Dropped items will roll stats and have the cost of those stats be added to the gold spent on the item. Discarding unwanted items is a additional way to gain high amounts of Gold.
  • Added a settings options to auto discard equipment and abilities based on rarity (Common, Magic, Rare, Epic, Legendary)
  • Added a Buy all Stat Power Ups button
  • Added a Refund all Stat Power Ups button
  • Added a Discard all button to the inventories
  • Clicking the middle mouse button on an equipment or ability now locks/unlocks it


Changes:

  • Reworked the UI controls for gamepad use
  • Changed Gold/Stones cost for Duplication and Appraisals
  • DIY Mode now returns to the main menu when party is wiped
  • Buffed the multipliers of stats that do not match the affinity of the slot
  • Improved stat rolling on equipment and abilities so that rolled stats align with the slot affinity
  • Unstable Worlds Dare now halves the cooldown instead of setting the cooldown to 1.
  • Event cooldown and active time is now longer in early Worlds and shorter in later Worlds
  • Added a Remove Stat button in the stat crafting menu
  • Steep Hill Dare changed to Unstable Worlds -> Random Phenomena cooldown is 1 second.
  • Reduced Life/Mana Regen penalty on World 2 and 3

Bugs:

  • Fixed a bug with mismatching Affinity and slots in the craft menus
  • Buffed the multipliers of stats that do not match the affinity of the slot
  • Improved stat rolling on equipment and abilities so that rolled stats align with the slot affinity
  • Unstable Worlds Dare now halves the cooldown instead of setting the cooldown to 1.
  • Event cooldown and active time is now longer in early Worlds and shorter in later Worlds
  • Added a Remove Stat button in the stat crafting menu
  • Fixed a bug where mana regen stat will not improve the mana regeneration when the base mana regeneration is negative.
  • Fixed a bug where rolls where not as random on equipment / ability drops.
  • Fixed a bug where you could go negative gold when purchasing some unlockables
  • Fixed a bug where ignite, bleed, and poison damage was not tracked correctly in the run stat window
  • Fixed a bug where equipment/ability drops will not have the right number of implicit stats rolled
  • Fixed a bug with some ghost nodes in the trees
